Accurate metering of moulding blanks for the CM-technology (expensive material compounds / less material flash). Silicones and rubber can be processed as raw materials.fIM
Turn-key production systems for the flexible mass production of rubber parts (eg. radial shaft seal). The central element here is commercially available injection molding machines with additional component-specific automation solutions and control surfaces, the lean manufacturing concept is always in the foreground.
fTOOLS
Innovative moulding technology for the manufacturing of rubber parts. Coupled with the fIM technology, an optimal part production can be created, such as minimal waste, short cycle times, lowest refinishing operations, highest availability, etc..
fBRUSH
On existing injection molding machines connectable and retrofitable compact brush system for fully automated tool cleaning and for part removal. Integration into the injection molding machine control unit or as an independent system possible. Changeable brushs and a high mobility offer high flexibility for changing requirements.
fTRIM
High precision trimming machine for flash removal or for specific part edge production (eg. sealing edge). The systems can be performed partially or fully automated. Furthermore, if desired, the individual trimming positions can be changed quickly and reliably via NC. This is usefull in the case of frequent product changes. A special trimming kinematic and special knifes provide accurate surface and very low wear of the knifes.
